I left the equipement in perfect and clean order but I was charged a $25 cleaning fee without prior notice or mention. It was cleaner than when I picked it up. The truck engine was not in good working order. I was charged two insurance fees - one for the trailer that I did not want and another for the truck. All this because they reserved a 26 foot truck but did not have one. Not a good experience.

Absolutely nothing carman ave is the best location to rent a uhaul
