Nothing to do with location, but the whole experience this time with u haul was horrible. To find out the day before you are to pick up a truck that there is no truck is brutal. Limit how many reservations allowed to prevent people being stuck because they are expecting to pick up a truck. We will not use u haul again because of this experience. I will use other companies.

Easy and Friendly rental location.
JAMES CThis comment is not for this location but for the head office. I booked a 26 foot truck a month in advance and two days before moving day they changed it for a 20 foot without even talking to me and had no solution or compensation. Never dealing with uhaul again.
