Place was closed. No confirmation on return of rentals. Charged for a toll on a road I did not travel. Hunted for 20 minutes for the key drop off box. Extremely unprofessional.

Customer service in Fredonia is outstanding. I have used this location several times, and the young man who runs it is outstanding. Sorry I didn't get his name. The 12x6 trailer I used had one brake light out, which was disappointing. My only real complaint is that these trailers do not have hand crank jack device to lift them on to the ball of the truck. This trailer, although considered small has a lifting weight in access of 200 LBS. Very difficult for one person to lift into position.

Kevin LThe after-hours equipment drop-off at Sensible Storage Solutions was seamless and effortless. The only unusual part of this rental was that U-Haul sent a text message two days before the rental was technically due- to advise that other families were waiting for the equipment? Which was related to the same equipment that I had already returned ahead of schedule.
