The verification process was not customer friendly. Asking to verify by calling other family or friends is not a good process. Had I known prior to arrival I could have prepared better. With that said it was frustrating. Not to mention I had sketchy internet connection at the location which made it difficult to upload photos. Just a frustrating experience but overall I got what I needed and delivered the truck back with no issues.

JOSEPH AThere is little to no cellphone service at this location. I was charged for 3 gallons of fuel when I refueled the truck before the return. I reported the issue at the pickup and provided a photo of the fuel level online. I drove less than 10 miles so the fuel charge should have been a red flag for the attendant. I should not have been charged. I’m sure terrible cellphone service at that location allowed some photos to not be received at U-Haul. Glad I took my own photos. I’ve submitted them to upper management. I don’t recommend this location at all.
STEPHANIE REquipment was not clean- keys were not secure- dolly was not in the truck as requested.
