The lady that helped us was superb!
Charles DFirst of all I was at the facility(open field) before 10am. I called the number and only received a text back. I was told to come to office which is a trailer in the back of the field and not very inviting. I went in and asked the lady what I needed to do and she said leave it where it is and a person who was on site would check it in. I received a bill for an extra day($40) because the onsite person checked it in at 12:41pm. I dropped vehicle off at 9:45am. Unacceptable
Greg NTruck cab was full of sand and it's shocks were ineffective, very rough, but I guess that is standard for a rental with over 100,000 miles. No USB charge outlet either Pos
