Easy those guy are great to work with
JAMIE MThey sent me out with a trailer that was unsafe...inoperable turn signal. When I asked if it would be fixed the employee behind the counter started going off about having to go out in the snow and change it. Claiming he needed a rivet gun to replace a turn signal in a rubber grommet, just a pure lazy and arrogant employee. Stay away from this business and just go to Rent-It in Monroe, WI for your Uhaul needs where they care more about being a credible and responsible business.
MICHAEL JOwner is trash. Needs to learn customer service. I would rather do everything online than have to speak to him. But the Truck was nice, got everything I needed moved!
