I only had half a tank of gas never had that happen before. Truck had napkins under the seat from a fast food business. Lots of areas of damage on the truck with black x’s on them. Some Uhaul people could not confirm pick up location and time till last minute. I made reservation ahead of time not last minute. Windows and van dirty as usual !

I started with one in Crystal Lake, IL which showed it had a trailer only to be directed an hour away. The agent was helpful in locating one that was on my way and we ended up in Freeport. The first dealer at 1355 W Galena Ave told us to call when I was on the way there. I texted and called several times with no response. we waited for over 20 min, calling every few minutes and texting with no response. I then called another location in Freeport thinking it was maybe the same owner - it was not but thankfully I connected with 2 Gentlemen who were able to help me. They were awesome. They are the ones listed above.
jeanne lAll the email confirmations we received said someone from UHaul would call the day before the rental to confirm pickup location and time. That didn’t happen. We confirmed directly with the pickup spot since we were worried that we hadn’t received a call.
