This score is more about the U-Haul process than the location. The team onsite was very helpful and got me in an out quickly but U-Haul sent me to the wrong location and apparently this happens with regularity in Freeport, IL. The reservation was made at the East side of town location which does NOT carry trailers and my trailer was at the West side of town location. In all, everything went well once we drove across town and as I stated, the team was great and there were no problems with the location.
