We were in a rush, since the savanna Uhaul had messed up our reservation. The Freeport Uhaul had what we needed, so Savanna Uhaul sent us 40 miles away, to get truck and tow dolly. Freeport Manager didnt give us time to inspect the truck for damage, he said "these arent rental cars". We saw a cracked mirror and he told us to tell where we dropped it off, that it was already there. I took a pic of him pointing at the crack, to ensure we aren't blamed. There was also a burn spot in the cup holder, that we noticed when we stopped down the road. The truck had many scratches on it. We still haven't been refunded the $100 we were promised, for making the 40 min drive, that Savanna promised us. We did receive the 100 miles he promised us tho.
