It was a terrible experience. I even called my original drop off location because the person working at the drop off location would not help me. The person working didn't help me back in, the lot was rough with large mud ruts and sloped and there were dangerous pieces of wood on the lot. I didn't think it was open. It looked like a dilapidated gas station. I felt like a total inconvenience to the location. It was an awful experience and I would not recommend this location.ELLEN LOUISE R.

Owner of facility was very helpful!-ANNA P.
I didn't rent anything. How did y'all get my information without verifying it was me. My lawyer will be in contact with you if I don't get an emailed response.Candida T.
They charge you for extra days... They are rude . Will never use them againJustin S.
No parking available to drop truck off. Very dirty. And not ample lighting.Michael B.
The clerk was very helpful.Greg R.
the vehicles were parked out back in the unpaved muddy yard. The manager had me go out to the yard and move the vehicle myself which was very tightly parked among other trucks. I wanted a ten foot truck but the one in the yard was broken down forcing me to rent a larger truck. The location is in a store and the manager waited on al store customers before helping me.Steven K.
My only issue is I was over charged for fuel, I have email the location manager but no reply yet.Robert D.
It was dirty and cigarette bud's on the floorMiguel R.
The location so chose failed to leave a key in the lockbox. It ended up taking two hours to straighten out the problem and I had to go to a location 20 minutes away, which was sketchy and charged me again, even though I had already paid online. I would be hard-pressed to use UHAUL again.CATHRYN C.
For one not charge so much for a trailer. For two i paid for insurance on an already damaged trailer. A window cleaner did the walk through with us and helped direct us out of the tight spot.James G.
They would not help my wife put on uhaul, he stated that he had to attend store. And when I asked him for help to take it off he would not. I could not take it of the hitch due to too heavy. I finally took it off with wife help. . Very unprofessional. Very disappointed..MARCO G.
Excellent customer service!!!! I will use this location again. Sweet man running the place.E. B.
Truck was disgusting, full of dog hair and smelled like smoke. My husband had to vacuum it so that he and our son could ride in it. In addition, the guy charged $243 on our credit card for NOTHING, as we had already paid. (He told my husband he needed the credit card to verify the reservation.) I had to call UHaul, and they did a return after they couldn't even determine what the charge was about! Also, my husband had to jump a dead battery on a truck that was blocking the one we needed. All this AFTER we had to drive to Freeport, more than 50 miles from our home, because UHaul had our move for July 31 instead of the correct date of July 25th. I went to the LC location to get some boxes and tape and asked the guy if he would verify that our truck was ready for pickup later that day since we were moving the next day, Sat, the 25th. He said, "No, you're moving the 31st." I'm fairly certain I know when I'm moving. At any rate, though the wrong date was not my fault, I had booked 3 weeks in advance, and I had a confirmation email to prove it, we had to drive to Freeport bc it was the closest location with a truck and trailer in the sizes we needed. The whole experience was awful and unprofessional. Can't believe UHaul is in business based on what we've been through.Dennis W B.
Why did they keep 67.00 out if 100.00 deposit. I started with 3/4 tank. And it was returned with the three quarters of a tankJudy G.
Quick and easy drop offBenjamin M.
Owner was super nice and helpful. The place looked a bit scary. But we didnt have to drive 20 miles out of our way to go to where the original dealer had moved to without notifying anyone.RONALD C.
It was a mud hole to park and leave the trailer in. Couldn't understand the man when I called. No help except he checked it in and gave us a receipt and took the trailer.Cindy Y.
I only used this place because it was the only place open in my area that was open on a Saturday at 6pm. I needed a trailer to pick up a buddy whose car broke down on the side of the road. The guy I dealt with barely spoke any English. I couldn't understand anything he said. The trailer light on the right side didn't work, and I didn't have a choice but to take it because it was the only one they had. They park their trucks and trailers in a dirt lot next to the store that is so tore up with tire ruts that I almost wasn't able to get my truck in to get the trailer. I was forced by the guy at the store to drive 45 minutes back to his store to drop off the trailer instead of being able to do a after hours drop at the uhaul store near my house.WILLIAM R.
They brought in what I needed same day, Life savers!CHELSEA G.
Came in at 430 for a pickup and scheduled everything online and did the online confirmation and got to the store and it had me listed for a box truck. Then was expecting a 20 foot trailer and they give me a 11 foot trailer and also it was 6 before I left that damn place and the place where I was getting the vehicle had done closed by then so now I'm stuck with the trailer all night and tell him that they should wait till tomorrow morning and he said it's ok bring it back when done so I bring it back the next day at 530ish. Doke lost my phone and keys for the hitch and now I see I have a extra 75 taken out of my account for keeping it. I could have bought a trailer for 170 dollars right now. I do not recommend this place at all ever no matter what. If you need something moved with a trailer call meTimothy Q.
This particular drop off point was a small lot behind the convenience store on which it was located on and was only a dirt lot, unpaved. Nothing against the convenience store clerk whom accepted the trailer turn-in but I did not receive any assistance when unhooking and dropping the trailer.Richard L.
Signage for drop off would help. Also, the guy in the store didn't speak english so it was really hard to understand eachotherStephen P.
There is no way to improve the service. The facilities are spotless, the manager incredibly informative and safety minded and helpful.Barbra G.
