The entire customer service team in the Fresno area, including an area manager whose name I did not get, was excellent. I was a problem customer from the git go. needed a vehicle that wasn't available at the location I requested, but they found another location that had the vehicle I requested. I picked up that 10-foot box truck, only to realize hours later that it would be too small. I contacted the local customer service people who guided me through the process and quickly arranged for a larger truck. I was very impressed with the level of customer service.
