DETREATTA WIt was a different set up than the pick up. But the staff was very helpful and friendly with a very positive attitude. Went very smoothly. It was just on a dirt lot is all. I did not need to go inside. It was not a “U-Haul” storage facility, they just did truck and trailer rentals based on what I saw.
JENNIFER BCustomer service was good. Pick up location at 813 brown trail needs to be be deleted because there's no drop box and it's not correct address. The suites are numbers 7 &:11 not the higher numbers given. There was 3 adults struggling to find a drop box that isn't there. We were on phone with customer service as well but we had to return to different location. It took an hour just to return truck !!!! No bueno on moving day !!! My daughter had same exact trouble 2 weeks ago. Please delete that drop off location!!!!
