I had a reservation and verified my pick up time on the phone wiht a young lady prior to my scheduled 2 PM pick up appointment time. Upon arrival they couldnt find keys to the trucks out back where my rental was located, then (2) more people arrived and they waited on them before me and issued other trucks outfront to those customers in front of me while standing there, said they checked in on line (i too have the app and didnt know that was possible and its not clear on what trucks are avilable and ready for rent vs. those being returned) so its confusing at this locaiton. The young lady was rude and we had to wait although we were first there in line. Additionally I reserved moving blankets, a furnitue dolly and a regular (2) wheel utility dolly. She told me they didnt have a utility dolly available and offered me a appliance dolly, which I didnt need but took anyway. I paid for the utility dolly, furnituire dolly and moving pads, and she left the utility dolly on the bill and i was charged and paid for it and never got it or got the credit for it. I had to wait on someone to return a rental truck and they checked it in and reissued to me although I was the first customer upon arrival after I verified my arrival and reserrvation on line, through text and on the phone with this location. When I asked her about a cleaner truck out back and one that had been properly cleaned her answer was, well its just easier for us to reissue that truck that just came in. Place is very disorganized and chaotic, and they couldnt find any keys to the units out back.
