The rental using the app is seamless. My only issue was with the reservation. Online for the 9201 Warren Parkway location, I received a message that the trucks were not available on 2/15/26. I had to go with a van rental only to find a lot of trucks lined up when I arrived to pick up the van and the same trucks parked when I returned the van. Something isn't right with the online reservations for this location.

Try to put accurate timing of return, as it showing on my return time that i was late 12 minutes. Which is not the case, i had returned way earlier than the time they mentioned. Thanks
