The driver seat was torn up on the side closest to the door. The a/c in the cab worked great at first but then stopped working completely after about 20 minutes in the truck. It was 95 degrees here today and I used the truck for 3 hours. Not a fun trip. Otherwise the truck was good. Old. But good.

When I got the truck the seat was torn and Itty was dirty inside. It was only one they had and they said they knew it was dirty I told them I only had a short moving window as my flight was that night and I would have to return after hours. They said no worries they knew it was dirty and window was cracked I would not be charged. Now I see I'm being charged. Not happy want cleaning charge removed. I have photos

Daniel MMy U-Haul came without the Appliance Dolly that I had ordered, which was a major disappointment. Don’t make it an option to check out a dolly if it is not available at this location. When I called to figure out how I could get a replacement dolly I was directed to check another location about 10 miles away. U-Haul customer service was not helpful in checking that the dolly would be available and once I arrived at the other location, there were no dollies available. That trip costed me 20 extra miles to pickup something that should’ve been in the truck. Also, this location’s return process is not suitable for afterhour returns. Both the app and website give you a return checklist but no option to mark your vehicle as returned. I returned my truck at 7pm on April 28th which was hours earlier than the deadline at 12am April 29th, however, the truck wasn’t officially marked as returned until April 29th at 8:30am. I wasn’t able to see if this caused a late fee but regardless, it’s not ideal to have to worry about that.
