Going to be honest the person at the counter didnt know what they were doing and it took me 15min to get everything done. He had to be on the phone with his supervisor the whole time. Drop off was the same, 15min of wasted time, but he kept making me go back to the truck to take additional pictures. Wasnt the seamless experience i was hoping for

Fabio MDifficult to compare to the usual UHaul dealers as it is a small gas station. Location is convenient and very tidy, but also tiny with very limited parking. Staff were exceptionally polite and gracious though.
David HI went in the morning , rent a truck to moving some furniture , and returned by noon with no problem. The service was excellent. I will recommend it .
