Chelsea BMultiple issues with the reservation through no fault of this N. Washington St location. Reservation initially made at 15211 Frederick Rd, Rockville location however attendant could not log in to UHaul system. Customer service agent (Matthew) was required to transfer the reservation to this N. Washington St location. Upon arrival the Pick Up location did not transfer in the reservation. Multiple attempts by new customer service agent (Elizabeth) to fix did not result in success. Elizabeth was then required to create an entirely new reservation. This added about another hour to our day. An inconvenience to say the least however both location attendants and both customer service agents were polite and professional which made the experience bearable.
Gary HDrop off was easy. I like that I could fill up the tank and drop key at one place.
Margaret GNo drop off at night (keys) option I have to take time to come back next day to drop off keys, after I did my drop off at mid night I find out at the end that they was not a drop off key Box I had to come back next day to have the personnel talk to me in a bad way saying why I didn’t come in in the morning I had a long week and I couldn’t make it everything was set up with an expert the night before at drop off on the phone but overall a horrible experience
