Nobody was there after the opening time. We did the key drop off box by the time we were supposed to, and someone from Uhaul called late in the day to see if we had dropped it off. Not a hassle, but close it out when you get to work.

Make it easier to mobile pickup without downloading app. Website does not work for mobile pickup. Took me over a hour to pickup my equipment.
Michelle TI went to 4 different drop off locations. All were closed. I went 38 minutes out of my way to find a 4th location that was open. The attendant stated multiple times she had never accepted a return ( it seemed in an attempt to get me to come back later or go to another site). I told the attendant I had driven all night and needed to return the trailer without delay. She was able to figure it out when it was clear I was not leaving. With all 4 sites and travel time this took 1.5 hr longer than it should have. Please address this issue. One site had a customer there that said she had made arrangements to meet the attendant there at that time ( was closed).
