Was originally suppose to pick up in Reynoldsburg on McNaughton road. Waited 30 min because I was told it wasn't there yet. After that the guy went to set me up but couldn't do it and had to call UHAUL 2x. Turned out he could not rent it to me because he did not have a card reader and had to pay cash. He was very rude. Another person told him he was charged wrong and he yelled at him saying thats what your paying and told him to leave, even after the guy showed him the amount it should have been on his phone calculator. After being there roughly an hour dealing with that I went to the one in Gahanna and he was able to set me up right away and no issues. He had one returned that morning.

I am supposed to receive a $50 off rebate due to my reservation not being available at my scheduled time of 12:30pm on8/19/2017. It was available at 1:00 for me but threw off my entire moving schedule. I would like the $50 rebate to be applied and refunded on my account.

After renting the truck online, I was inundated with emails from uhaul. I made sure to keep the one that gave me instructions for checking in online. The reservation confirmation showed the address I had selected for picking up my truck. When I arrived at the pick up location, I clicked the button in the email labeled "Next Step. When you arrive at your uhaul you can immediately start your Self Service Rental". It wasn't until I clicked the button that I realized that my rental location had been moved. Two suggestions to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone again: 1) don't send SO many emails after the initial rental email confirmation 2) don't hide the change of location in a part of the email that specifically says to do something AFTER ARRIVING at your rental location. PUT THE INFORMATION ABOUT A LOCATION CHANGE RIFHT AT THE TOP OF THE EMAIL! Fortunately, the location I was at was able to accommodate me but the process was neither as quick or easy as I had assumed it would be

The internet was down when I arrived; however, luckily, I signed up for mobile check in which got me out the door a lot faster! The agent was great though that I worked with. I was supposed to have a utility dolly in the truck and there wasn't one in there when I opened it up when I got to my apartment. This was a major pain in the butt since I was basically moving by myself. And I still got charged for the dolly.

the vehicle/van that I rented does not hold a queen size mattress, upright. Yes, it can fit, laying down, but the prevents filling the van completely. I was really expecting the van to hold the queen size mattress, upright.

The facility was good, However, the website I wad very dissatisfied with. Was attempting to do a 24 hour rental, site autochanged the time to 16 hrs but did not give any warning it changed it. Missed it when I booked the reservation, otherwise I would not have reserved it and would have gone somewhere else.
