Pick up and drop off was smooth and easy. My only comment would be that the size of the truck was changed from my initial order. I ordered a 17' and was given at 15' truck. U-Haul seems to do this often.

Your on-line reservation system is awful. If I had arrived late I would not have gotten my vehicle. Abco folks were great, but your on-line sytem should be taken down or improved.

My overall experience was GREAT! I haven’t rented a Uhaul in quite sometime and I opted to use my mobile device. I absolutely loved it!! My only suggestion is that the customer is advised that the trucks are behind the store. After about 5 minutes of selecting “cannot find truck” I drove up and seen the fleet behind (on the side rather) the store.

The shop owner was busy with other customers (for the print shop part of the business) when I returned the truck. I waited needlessly for too long without being acknowledged, when all I needed to do was drop off the keys. The truck was great and checking it out was easy though!

The only thing that turned my experience around was receiving the $50 UHaul credit for the issues I ran into. As I mentioned to a customer service rep, I spoke to the man running the ABCO location in Gahanna about setting up a Rapid Pick-Up for that day, and when I went to pick my truck up...he did not set up the equipment for my truck/order. This caused me a lot of headaches; I had to coordinate a lot of help for my planned pickup, and I ended up putting out 4 other people who were trying to help me because of the lack of follow through. I was truly angered by this, and this is the second consecutive time I have run into an issue using UHaul (prior experience was in Akron,OH and I know that does not reflect on this location). After getting past that, the truck was VERY clean and new, and it was by far the nicest UHaul I have ever driven. Lastly, there is nothing "rapid" about the personal pickup process. I arrived 20 minutes early to pick my van up, and ended up leaving the location running late. A frustrating experience to say the least, but I will return back to ABCO for future needs because of their new vans.

Your 24-7 pick up/drop off service is miserable as is your website. When making the reservation I put my significant other as the primary driver as I would not be driving. Upon picking up I was notified via live chat that this was apparently the wrong thing to do. Pick up process took 20 minutes. I suggest on your website you specify that the person making the reservation needs to be the primary driver / that is the information that should be entered. When dropping off the website was not working. There was no button which said “return my truck” and anytime I clicked on order details I was redirected to my dashboard. When I attempted to call customer service I ended up waiting too long so I tried live chat. The live chats person simply sent a link to instructions I already had. Finally all issues were solved on our own after downloading the app. I highly suggest you work on your IT issues if you plan to keep offering this service. I myself will not be utilizing it and possibly your company again.

Absolutely the best location I have used. Lots of room for the trucks and I have moved my daughter a lot. I was surprised to see the $14 Safe Move charge because I was not given the option of accepting or refusing; maybe it is now mandatory. I liked the people and was a bit confused at the night drop off key box where there was a slot for the key and a second one for the contract. I kept my contract(only one I had), but billing came quickly the next day to my email.
