No call was made before pick up. When I arrived my furniture dolly was not available. It took 5 phone calls to U Haul to secure one. I was not taken to the vehicle but given a key and told to find it. There was not pre-check for damage so I could not report damage already on the vehicle.

JESSIE JEverything was OK ... The 2 ladies were very nice ... The trucks have too many miles on them (IMO), and either need to be meticulously maintained, or new ones should take their place ... I say this when the drives are much longer ... So, beware ...
