The location is not suited for the U-Haul business. The trailers and trucks are parked side by side with no room to maneuver, and it is one-way. Too crowded! The attending staff initially told me to drop it off and to do it by myself. I tried to, but there is no available space anymore as the lot is so full. I returned to him again and told him the issue. He finally helped me by guiding me to maneuver into a tight space, he unhitched the trailer, manually moved the trailer, and I cautiously inched out of that very tight lot. It's ridiculous!
