Very excellent service. The clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Excellent experience. The overall process for rental was easy to complete for making the rental as well as upon return. 5 STARS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. This was my 2nd rental from this store.

William CSome of this doesn't have to do with the location but the truck was "only available" almost 30 miles away from where I ordered it which I got charged the milage for and ended up being like 1/3 of the miles. I called ahead to check how the process went due to never doing the mobile pickup at a time no employee would be around and was given misinformation that cause use to not be able to leave with the truck until over an hour after we were supposed to, this person also added things I did not order to my reservation so that also caused a delay as well. I finally get truck and it looked like the previous people did no cleaning and neither did any employees. I took video proof. It was very dirty, dead bugs and trash around, a few loos bolts, and a bunch of used furniture matts. I've never had an experience like this but I might never use U-Haul again. Dealing with one issue was bad enough but all of them in one experience is just crazy
