pick up location was ok rep was excellent to work with,,, but 1 800 customer service rep that made my reservation dropped the ball sent me to get a trailer that was not at this location, had to travel over 30 plus mile to get one than saw I was over charged than when I dropped off trailer they wanted to charge me an additional money... Mgr John made it right Thanks John

I arrived and before I could even step out of the truck the owner greeted me and advised me which trailer to back up to. He backed me in and hooked up to the trailer. I had checked in online so he needed nothing else from me. The whole process took less than five minutes. If I needed a trailer in that location I would definitely go there again, and I recommend it for anyone renting near UF. Lightning fast service and zero issues. Thank you!
