How U-Haul Reviews WorkWas notified 24 hrs prior to pick up truck not available at selected location. Upon arrival to pick up truck facility not open as I specifically requested to have a person to person transaction. Vehicle did not have pads or blankets, had to go to a different location for those. When dropped vehicle off was initially charged for a hand truck which I hadn’t picked up. Person at drop off corrected error.
Robert JLocation was not the problem, although the cup holders were very dirty. Your U-Haul App was the nightmare that gave me heartburn for over 50 minutes of not working & finally the local shop opened & the guy said I was ok to go even though the App would not finish processing my pick up. Really was a pain.
Scott PWe dropped the truck off after hours. There was no personnel at the site. I just don't know why the location was changed halfway through the moving date.
