This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend anyone get a UHaul pickup from this location. I called the location prior to going to pickup a trailer to confirm everything was ready. The person I spoke to assured me the trailer was there and all I had to do would be to come inside the gas station to pay. I brought my 72 year old step-father with me to help hitch up the trailer. Very bad idea. When I arrived, I saw the trailer parked in the parking lot. Upon entering the gas station, there was one person in front of me with his cellphone out on hold with UHaul. The gas station attendant told me that the person was trying to drop off a truck, but his records didn’t show any scheduled drop-offs. The attendant said could not help me until he finished processing the person in front of me. I decided to wait for a few minutes. Fifteen minutes later, the person is was still on hold, so I asked the gas station attendant if he could just check me out while that person was waiting to speak to someone. The attendant berated me and said he’s just one person and hadn’t been trained on any of these UHaul pickups or drop offs. The attendant told me to go to a different location. I asked which location would be good, and the attendant told me he didn’t know anything. My step-father and I decided to get in the car and drive around looking for other Uhaul locations. We drove about 15mins out of town when we came across a liquor store with Uhaul trailers parked out front. I went inside and asked to rent one of the trailers. The clerk quickly checked the availabity and said there was a trailer available. He had me fill out a new contract form and processed my payment. When I went out to hitch the trailer to my car, my step-father noticed that the trailer was missing a wheel. I promptly went back inside and informed the attendant. He voided my contract, but I still have not seen the funds added back into my account. He gave me directions to a third UHaul facility. I drove to the third UHaul facility of the day, and they were closed. I decided to go back to the original location and hoped the person trying to drop off a truck would be gone by now. When I went into the store, the attendant saw me and said he would try to help me. He went to a computer and called me behind the counter to show me what he was working with. He was unable to login into the computer because he was using a outdated version of Internet Explorer. He said there was nothing he could if he couldn’t log into the computer. I called a UHaul representative and was able to get a human on the line. I asked if there was anyway they could process my payment for the trailer that I had reserved. They were able to pull up my information and process things over the phone. After 3 hours and 3 different UHaul locations, I was finally able to hitch up a trailer that I reserved ahead of time and confirmed. UHaul should not use this location for it’s pickup or drop

I rented the auto carrier on 8/30 and turned it in on 8/1. On 8/4 Icwas charged by the drop off location an additional day - $21.40. I returned the carrier 1 day early. When the charge appeared in my email, I visited the return location and was met by a very rude and uncooperative male who acted very peculiar. He was instructed to credit my card as the charge was not appropriate. This being the 3rd time I have used this drop off location and have had confused and unhelpful employees. Never will use it again.

The trailer had trash and old, wet, mildewed blankets in it that I cleaned out before use. Yuck!! The trailer functioned perfectly though :)

The lady that waited on me was listening to very hard rap music. It was very hard core rap with plenty of profanity. She listened to the music the entire time she was waiting on me I asked her was that her CD and she said "No" I have the music on my cell phone. She chared me 81 dollars even after when I closet everything up on line, it came up to 51 dollars. When I asked her why the big difference, she said because I was returnng it to a out of state location and not back to the same store. I paid it but later realized that she charged me for the insurance. I declined the insurance when I order the trailer on line. The lady was totally unprofessional the entire time.
