CHLOE CThis location was the fourth place U-Haul sent me to, after I had reserved the U-Haul storage place specifically so I wouldn't be given the run around. They took a 15 minute process and stretched it out to 2.5 hours, with multiple phone calls, one truck that was in use, and another truck that still has someone else's trash in it. I'm sure the app is great when there are no changes, but as soon as there was a hiccup, it all went to pot. I will be looking for options other than U-haul next time I move.
