Windows were dirty and the shutter door would take 2-3 attempts before shutting. The attendee for drop-off was rude demanding the vehicle be parked in a particular spot and requesting the customer to provide photos of mileage. The start time of the pickup did not adjust for 30 mins it took to check-in and get the truck. Very poor service.
