This is the second time within 3 years that I have worked with them. I am very satisfied with their prompt response to set up the 10 foot truck for my local moves. The only problem I had this time was they did not provide 2 hand trucks that I asked for, but the mover helpers I hired thru them used their own dollies. Sara O/Gaithersburg, MD
Sara OPeople in the location were not knowledgeable at all, took an hour and a half to get my equipment. I was given attitude by both parties I spoke to when picking up and dropping off. I wasn’t able to use mobile pick up and my equipment wasn’t in the truck, when I went inside to ask about where I can pick up, I was told to come back in the morning because they didn’t know and they weren’t in charge of Uhaul. I feel like I got scammed. I was only able to get my truck because I was insistent on getting it. A third party had to be called to get the truck and they had to manually put in my information on Uhaul’s website. I don’t like having to give out my information but fine. After I got the truck I left to the gas station after trying to check in but realized my equipment wasn’t there in the truck so I had to come back. Worst experience with Uhaul I’ve ever had, please don’t let them continue being a neighborhood retailer.

TEWODROS AMade a pick up reservation for 830 gas station attendant could not effectively speak English. He was unfamiliar on how to dispatch a reservation. He insisted he needed a truck number, which was not the reservation number. He kept giving me the phone number of his manager, Ruby, who did not answer his phone. I was not able to secure the vehicle until an hour after my reservation when I manager arrived. The computer system crashed, which forced the manager to use his personal phone to finish checking me out.
