GEORGE PRented a dollie and wasn't in truck and was not given instructions that I needed to go inside to get. Was told I'd get refunded but still waiting on refund.
LISA GBest customer service I have ever experienced at a U-Haul location! The staff at Miami Valley Barns was awesome, especially the young lady who did the paperwork! She deserves a raise!
Steve FIt is difficult to understand where to go. The location is tight. However, once you figure out where to get help, the people are great.
