Clerk was untrained. He kept telling me his girl wasn't there. My Reserved truck had a damaged roof. Was told we'll its not Is supposed to rain, its all we have, take it or leave it. It was a Saturday at 1:40 in the afternoon everything else was closed. What a nightmare. Will never rent from that location again. May never use UHaul again. Very disappointed 😞

We had to wait and ended up checking in on line because the person was late to open the location.
Kimberly MOn line check in or drop off is difficult. Nobody was at pick up location. Drop off location had personnel to assist.
