I got charged for a key cut when I personally put the key in the box on the door. They never bothered to notify me never called me nothing but charge my credit card. I did file a complaint have not got a response yet and I am doing a charge back with my credit card company.

The only suggestion I would have, and I believe the gentleman didn’t know is that the passenger side windshield wiper when I first used it part of the piece broke off. The renter never would’ve known unless it was tested before.

William MNot much of a cell signal in the area so be patient. Had problems with checking in when using the Uhaul app. Don't use the app. Use the uhaul website to check in. Smooth running from then on. It's easy to log in using just your phone number. All in all I will definitely use Uhaul from this location again.
