I find it crazy that you don't have equipment for a truck at one spot I also find it crazy you count my milage when I have to drive a other 10 miles to pick up YOUR EQUIPMENT before I can even go where I need to to pack so your milage system is messed up 2nd I called this u haul 5 times for help for the truck no one answered and no one answered the door which is funny because I picked the truck up from this location and had to drive another 10 miles to get a auto trailer but no employees there to help the customer
