I received a call today from the U-Haul affiliate Yanceys Sandblast At 1450 W Artesia Bl Gardena, CA 90248 Claiming that I lost their lock!! I mentioned to them that I’m 100% sure I left it in its place, she mentioned that they will charge me for it! They are scamming for that money and you can tell by their reviews What they don’t know that I have a video proof and I shared it with her and she didn’t respond! Adding the proof here. Please call me back to confirm reciept of the same.
Mohamed EU-Haul app not working correctly at time of check in for 15ft truck, no human being available to assist in checking in, had to reschedule additional order, the app only allowed to schedule smaller 10ft truck. Because of the smaller truck had to use more miles than was originally needed and not all my items fit in smaller 10ft truck. Although I had originally scheduled for 15ft truck. Poor service, app not working properly, this was more of inconvenience.
