We dropped off after hours and got no confirmation from them the next do that the return was processed and complete. No clear drop off for the U-Haul as the gate was up, so we had to park it in Denny's parking lot.

This was my second truck rental to move from 100 miles away. The first rental, my movers used blankets to wrap furniture that didn't get in the first truck. They made me buy the moving pads even though I promised to return them when I picked up the second load. Nope, no accommodating that request.
