The drop off location was very crowed with large moving vans and trailers. The lady at cash register was very uninterested in the drop off. She said to put the trailer way in the back, which was not possible. There was not way you could turn around so I was able to put in the area where the other trailers. Again the hitch was heavy and hard to get off. The self check in was good but the system appears to be geared to that only as there was no help from the drop off location.
