Jimmy, the owner, was awesome. Totally tried to make something out of nothing after getting screwed by South Lake Tahoe, California three times in a row and directed to his facility. He extended the rental, apologized over and over and he should be the face of U-Haul because his customer service and compassion is over the top. Unlike U-Haul who can’t even return a call back after lodging a complaint about a broken guaranteed reservation which should result in a $50 reimbursement. Totally irresponsible U-Haul!!!!!
