I originally made my reservation for a location in Clayton. I’m very displeased it was changed and I was charged additional mileage from a location that was not close to me.
Jamey BAlthough the location is excellent and they are supper helpful, I tried the mobile check-out and it does not work as intended and I had to go inside and they were able to sort it out. Even though I have rented from them before, they ask for a phone number for a referral at the last step of the checkout step and you cannot get the truck and they they call your referral. I had nobody available at that time so had no choice that to bypass mobile checkout which defeats the purpose. Then at the front desk they only ask for your drivers license? Seems pointless to enforce having a referral to call.
Lucas SStaff here was great from the minute we walked in the door until our return of truck. Place was very clean and seemed to have every moving item available. Will use this location again.
