Staff here was great from the minute we walked in the door until our return of truck. Place was very clean and seemed to have every moving item available. Will use this location again.

MARK M1) Consistency with employees. Every time I go in to rent a trailer it's always someone different. Employee turnover! 2) When I reserved the trailer on the UHaul site, I also pre-checked in with a pic of the front and back of my license. Didn't seem to save me time as I was asked for my license again and I also ended up answering a lot of the questions that I did during the reservation process. 3) Lastly, I received 6 UHaul emails after we finished the check in process. That is ridiculous. All I needed was the digital paperwork. That's not uncommon in my UHaul experiences over the years. It's a process UHaul should evaluate to improve. I can say that the Turner Farm location is clean, easy access for the equipment and secure.
