Ann PThe location I selected failed to secure my reservation. Waited on the phone for live chat and customer service for 15 minutes. Redirected 14 miles out of my way that ultimately resulted to an over mileage charge. I was charged additional miles for U-Haul mistake. This is my fourth rental in 3 months and this was the worst of them all.

Marianne SYou can inspect the equipment a little better. Maybe have a check list. The trailer I rented, besides having the electrical wire in barely usable condition, a leaf spring on the right side was broken and the trailer was "dog tracking" down the road. I didn't find the broken spring until I was at my first destination and was loading the trailer. I deemed it safe to get home and it was. I also relayed the news to the drop off dealer. But it is a very nice trailer and if I could find one like it< I would buy it.
