My reservation was initially for AA Auto Sales at 5205 Ridgeroad in Gary. The experience was horrible. The mobile pickup option did not work. I waited 40 minutes for the owner to show up and the truck I reserved was already rented to someone else. I had to speak to 4 different reps for almost an hour to get a refund and switched to another facility for a rental. My reservation was for 10am. I didn't drive away with my rental until 12:30pm. Will I receive $50 since the original reservation couldn't be fulfilled.

Brenda MGuy was very rude over charged me, chased my car down told the guy that was at the location he couldn’t help me get one matters to the trash across from the location. When it was already off of the U-Haul. He called the police because I put the bed in the trash across the street when I asked the people who own the property said I could. The police literally said if they said it was ok than it was fine. I was charged 166 dollars from 9-3 , when I arrived at 8:58am it took him 20 mins to set up the truck. After all that he told me he was not checking me out and to call the 1800 number . I have never been so mistreated, also I think he was upset because I did not let him have the bed for free for his consignment shop.
