The location had no on site assistance. The snow wasn’t shoveled and the instructions were incorrect. I was outside trying to locate the key which was under the seat the entire time in freezing temperatures.

SHUNTALE SThe dolly for the truck was not on the truck, and I had to call to let them know that it wasn’t on the truck and they also tried to charge me for the dolly.
