June S.Helped out alot; we were all misinformed by the UHaul District Rep who scheduled this as a 24/7 deal. I would have missed my moved if it were not for this locations owner staying open for me to get the truck. Professional & kind & considerate. I would use this location again.
Richard S.You guys over charged me over 100 dollars for forgetting to do mobile check in. You guys could have easily had the rental place review there video to see the exact time I returned the truck,but no you guys being thirsty and desperate decided to take advantage of the poor consumer and rake them over the coals,and for the rental company to sit there and wait until almost 3pm the next day to check in truck smells as well. You guys are terrible and if I could I would convince everyone alive to avoid you guys by any means necessary. And I will be taking this to the B.B.B because this is ridiculous.
