Make sure call centers vet locations correctly. i was told my a representative that I could pick up in person until 8pm. When I arrived I learned it was a third party location and was told the last pick up time was 7pm. Fortunately I showed up at 730 and the location young lady was still willing to help us and go through the process with us because even though I gave my information over the phone, nothing had been processed. I gave my personal credit card and when the young lady helped us she still had to collect credit card information. My sister provided hers since it was for her but I am hoping I do not get charged since my information got taken as well. Not happy or satisfied with the call center that helped. I think I would have been better off going to a location in person since i ended up doing that anyway

I was double charged the correct amount was not charged , I was not told there was a 100 dollar holding fee when booking the uhaul. The gas tank was at 1/4th full but they had put the tank was full they did not check the truck before renting it out but it was cor r ect the tire light was on . Did not realize they did not have a ram to pull down .
Eva CThis is the worst experience ever. the employee was complaining/mad that he had to stay till 7pm and was annoyed with us, employee was getting annoyed with us that the system wasn’t working he kept having to fix the phone numbers I was given him, raising his voice at us. When we came to drop off the truck we tried all 3 box’s with the code that was given none of the boxes would open. We put the key in the red box. Because I was not about stand in the rain and figure out how to unlock the box. Will never rent from this location
Milan WNo dolly or furniture mats, but I got charged regardless. Not happy being out that money. Got a text from u haul saying they'd be calling me, no call from them. The store itself was very friendly, but it's on u haul's end that stupid the ball
Nicholas BI was not told that when I rescheduled a new pick up location, I was sending my grandparents to a smoke shop. The employee used foul language while speaking with other uhaul rep on the phone and the whole reservation thing was unclear in their end. Uhaul needs to better prepare their customers.
