I am contacting you again to dispute the $48.72 fuel charge that U-Haul charged me. This charge should not have been made, because I returned the vehicle with the required amount of fuel, and I have proof of the payment I made at Sunoco before returning the vehicle. I previously reported this issue, and a U-Haul representative told me there had been a confusion and that they would investigate the situation. However, I still have not received a resolution. I am requesting that you review my case again and refund the full $48.72, because this charge was incorrect and should not have been applied to my account. Please provide me with an update and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

They need to have a computer to do the rental agreement on instead of the store owners personal phone to do the business on. They take down all your information like credit card information and personal address. I would have never would have done it, but this was the only place that had a truck and car hauler on the same location.
