The Lady at the Location, I think Bobbie or Billie, was so great in helping me correct my booking and the added items quantity. The setup on the app was a learning curve with adding the contact reference numbers and figuring out the lock code, but it all worked out. Next time I gotta remember to take a Pic of the odometer and gas tank, before I put the keys in the garage and locking the truck door! Overall a decent experience, I will rent from this location again.
