The inside of the cab of the truck was completely filthy. I even took a photo when I returned it back to the original location. Now it shows that I’m being charged $25 for a cleanup fee.

Rikki KAfter changed preferred location I was directed to Gates Food Mart. The woman behind the counter was absolutely USELESS! She was not able to assist with basic protocol! Very rude and terrible attitude. They didn't any of the equipment I had reserved. Moving 3000 miles away is stressful enough then add the incompetence of this store was beyond! I would not recommend this store to my worse enemy.
Michelle MRude, unhelpful. No clue where to park, as they wanted. Had to return twice to truck - once to re- park and second time as she needed photo of gas & mileage. Seemed like a chore for her.
