My original reservation was at the Jean proulx location. When what I wanted wasn't available I was supposed to get a phone call to assist me with finding a location that had what I wanted....no one ever called. When I went to the original location they were able to assist me by finding a nearby location that had what we needed.

The people at Depaneur Dome , just ignor u when u enter until u say something. Not helpful at all . Won't ever rent there again though. Rent at your own risk .
