ANNA WIf you're not going to be able to supply a customer when an item like a dolly is unavailable and the customer calls 2 hours ahead to make sure everything is copacetic, it would be good business to tell them then. Also, trying to get away with not printing out a receipt (equipment contract) for a one-way truck because he didn't want to figure out the problem was not confidence-inspiring.
