Please note: I have rented multiple box trucks from U-Haul, Penske, etc. This truck that I rented had the worst fuel economy of any truck I have ever rented. Our load was not especially heavy, as it consisted of only a couple of pieces of furniture and miscellaneous items. boxes. Really disappointed in the fuel consumption of the truck. Everything else was fine.
