I put a deposit down and turned my truck in with extra gas and on time then got charged my deposit all but $20 saying I rented for an extra day and it’s December so me and my kids are going to be hurting that was gas to get back and forth to work guess who can’t and will be fired . This mom so no thanks to U-Haul . I would not recommend using anything they have online. It wouldn’t let me return my truck online so I had to have the U-Haul people help over the phone and well you see how they helped me. I know it has GPS they have to see I dropped it off. I’m so disgusted because I called and they said that I needed to call another place. Do better U-Haul

App sucks I had trouble getting truck at first. And when I finally got it it was on empty. I Had to immediately go to a gas station. They said they would give me credit for the inconvenience but then I had to fight to get it. Go to counter don't use app.

CHRISTOPHER HWe rented the truck in Georgetown, Kentucky one way. The folks at K&K were extremely helpful. Returning the truck this morning was super easy. James was very helpful as well. I’m not sure where the Truck originated from. When we got to our destination and unpacked, it was after dark and that’s when we found out that the running lights on this truck were not working fortunately, we were just down the road.
