Ok i booked a trailer with a ramp and a 10ft truck to haul it. I got a email saying my pick up location was Georgetown when it was actually Batavia 2 city's over. So after driving to what i guess is the drop off the owner felt so bad he scrambled to take care of me so i didnt have to drive a hour for nothing. So expecting that my cost was 45.00$ an mileage i found that it was 90.00$ and mileage. So my experience is your company sucks ive now applied for a small business loan to buy a trck vs using your company ever again. Your prices are never right, ive used your company 3 times in april to move my home buisness to a new location an its been nothing but trash every time. The only reason im putting 5sars is the guy that took care of me was very on the ball.

Cold, windy, rainy day yet u-haul rep got right out there, even backed my rig to place the trailer in its spot because I was hopeless at getting it to turn right.

Dont double book a truck and tell me at the last minute. Or tell me i can have the truck an extra day and then charge me for late drop off. Great business ethics!

When I was told if I checked the truck in from an app on my phone it would knock $20 off of my total, I didn't think that was a bad idea. I didn't so it because I forgot. So when I received my bill in my email, there as a $20 return fee of the truck because it was closed. I only has the truck for 5 hours. Plus make sure you take pictures of the inside of the truck before and after so you don't get charged a $25 clean up fee. So my total went from $80 to $127. What a joke. Never rent again from Georgetown.

This location is the best. The folks are awesome and so helpful. I have used the storage they have twice, and was thankful they had a truck available due to a last minute change in my move date. As far as the truck, it wasn't too bad. But it definitely had not been swept out, and the back shelf part was a hot mess. But overall, I love this place and recommend it all the time to people for moving and for storage. Thanks!!!

Not with this location, but I was told that the location I wanted (white oak station storage) wouldn't have a U-Haul truck available for the day we needed.. that's where our storage unit is. We get to the unit and there sat a truck. So we wasted mileage and money that day, that we didn't need to. Not happy

Truck was not very clean, I left it cleaner than I got it, but.....This is the first time I used your online rental, but I would do it again. There were a couple of glitches but we made it.

Was not thrilled that the lady on duty had me back in the car dolly, unhook it, and then park the truck for her. Them being short handed was no doubt a fluke occurrence. Still, after fighting a 40 mph crosswind for 400 miles and unloading the truck, I really only wanted to get it dropped off and head for the shower.

Nothing special to say about this place. They had me drop off on my own, didn't come out at the time I was there and let me drive off. No formal check-in took place while employees where at the location.

Thank you to the gentleman who went out of his way to accommodate me knowing I would be picking up the trailer long after working hours. He also was gracious in working with another U-Haul center which was only a couple miles from the loading point. We were able to pick-up, load the trailer, and go making it safely to our final destination the next morning.
