The whole process was extremely easy.
MICHELLE CThe day I picked it up, your employee on duty was very enjoyable to talk while processing the necessary paperwork and hookup for the rental. Normally, when I walk into a U-Haul store, the employees are not jumping up to help you with your request. They're generally just moving at a very slow pace. In this store, I felt totally the opposite. The employee immediately asked me if he could help me, and with a smile. It was nice to have a pleasant discussion with him while processing my rental. I really believe customer service should be improved. Good luck! lol
DANA GI was able to drop the truck off ok, but the drop off site was crowded with other vehicles and hard to get into. It was close to the end of their workday, but no one came out to greet me or help me. I think they were tied up helping people who were checking equipment out and had no one doing check in (unlike the place I picked up from). I ended up using the key drop so I wouldn’t have to wait until someone was free to help me. This site needs more room for drop off and they need to improve the customer service experience.
