Isaac MThese folks were extremely helpful, as they walked me through the changes U-Haul made to my online reservations 2-3 DAYS BEFORE MY MOVE. U-Haul changed the pickup location and forced me into the "virtual check in" process which is awful. Use their app. Upload a passport and some other stuff, as the other options listed did not fit my situation. The new pickup location folks then called me and said they did not have enough pads to fill my order, so I had to settle for less. At that point, I was up to my neck managing the move - really didn't need this mess. I finally went to their location during operating hours the day before my move and the onsite personnel allowed me to get the keys to the truck in advance, avoiding the virtual check in garbage. During my move, the new drop off location notified me of the drop off change, of which I was unaware. U-Haul may have attempted to contact me; I can't say as I didn't find any messages. I did see a couple of emails after I got to the new place. The new drop off personnel walked me through their drop off procedures and helped make things a bit smoother. The vendors at the locations are good people and very helpful. U-Haul it self, however, is terrible. Why go to the trouble of making reservations if they're going to change them and do so at the last minute? And their virtual check in process is a big hassle, that LAST thing one needs in the middle of a move. I won't use them again -
