The customer service was good. However, the trailer had a loud noise and vibration from the beginning. I tried multiple locations on my trip to figure out what's going on. Everyone said it was my hitch. However, after the tire blew and there was a new tire on it, the noise and vibration completely disappeared. I am disappointed that as hard as I tried, no one actually evaluated the trailer and just blamed it on my hitch. It seems that if the trailer would have been properly maintained, the problem would have been discovered before I even got it.

Janey HThe agent was rude, kept throwing his phone at me saying I’m not cheating you , never accused him of it. All I did was ask if the insurance rates went up. If you asked any question he was crazy. Call customer service or don’t get the truck. Refused to check me in when I brought the truck back. I’ve rented from a different location 3 times a year for over 10 years and this was the first bad experience. I ran into this person at a laundromat next door to them that his father owns, him and another person were cussing and using inappropriate language around customers. I seriously don’t plan on renting from them again or getting gas at their station. Definitely seems to have a problem with women
