Nothing. Everything was great
BRIAN MI don't like your billing system. Please don't bill on estimated mileage. Just wait and bill on the actual mileage.
JEFFREY WI signed up for mobile pick up. I spoke with the location at 4:25 p.m. and confirmed that I was scheduled for mobile pickup. Someone at the location changed my pickup and listed me as late. As a result when I got there I was not able to pick up the truck. I sat on the phone with customer service, who was very friendly, for almost an hour. There is a guarantee offered, that states that the pickup will be ready at the time of the reservation or the customer will receive $50. I would like the company to do what is right and to honor this guarantee. While the truck was there, and ready, due to the staff at the location I was unable to access the equipment. This puts significant strain on my timeline, as I did not expect to have to sit for an hour to try to rectify U-Haul's mistake. Please contact me at 703-282-0952 to help with a solution
Bridget SI called at 9am to find out if they were open and how to return the U-Haul because I know they don’t always have people there. Got a call back at 11:30 which resulted in a late fee being applied
