The guy working this location is lazy and unhelpful. We needed to extend our rental, he informed us that the truck we had was already booked but they had a 15 foot truck available. I asked if we could upgrade the person that rented the truck we had, we’d pay for it, he said this was not possible. I asked if he could call the other customer and ask if they wanted the upgrade for FREE but he said he would not call them. So we had to rent the 15 foot truck and transfer all of our things into it from the 10 foot truck. Whatever, it was an inconvenience and ended up costing way too much money but we did it. Today when we went and dropped off the 15 foot, I went to hand him the keys because I checked in with HIM, not on the app, and he had the nerve to ask me to bring the truck closer. I parked the truck where I picked it up, 50 yards away. He was too lazy to go get the truck himself and do the return. So, I ended up having to do the return myself on the app which is extremely annoying at this location because it’s in a valley where there’s no service. Ridiculous. This isn’t a complaint on the company, but the guy that runs this location. Extremely unhelpful and just plain lazy.

This location was very disappointing: They gave us a truck with a bad tire & was changed the tire off location 4 1/2 hrs later. Also the mirror had bird poop all over it. So the whole ordeal was stressful & very unpleasant. But Nate from the headquarters did make things right by giving us a nice credit. Thank You!

Edward Cwas charged an additional $15 for safe move? which I never signed up for. asked for a completed bill when returning truck and was told , oh we will email it to you so I never saw the $15 charge or I would have dispute it there! Other than that I have used u haul several times in the past 5 years and have always been able to see the final bill once returning the trucks.
